This is how the basic form for Kapu is manufactured at Korvenrannan Puusepäntehdas factory.
It is a third generation family owned woodworking factory which was founded by Artturi Korvenranta in Järvelä 1919. Kapu´s material, Finnish birch plywood, is also manufactured in the same village by Koskisen Oy wood production company
The demanding hand finishing, surface treatment and packing is made at the workshop in Helsinki, Teurastamo area. Production and material of Hile products are Finnish origin. That is why HILE has deserved the Design from Finland Mark and the Key Flag Symbol.
